Although we have an abundance of homes on the market we are still very lucky to live here in the Midwest.  There are many areas that experienced a large decline in market value, mainly because they had such a large increase to begin with.  The changes we have experienced have been very small in comparison.

There has been an upturn in home sales this summer and the analysts are all agreeing that things are only going to get better.
